    President

    Graham Deutscher is a commercial real estate broker, developer, investor, and asset manager whose focus markets are in Contra Costa and Solano County of the San Francisco East Bay market. Specializing in light industrial, office and retail property classes, as a broker

    Graham has handled various acquisition and disposition transactions as well as buyer and seller representation on purchasing and leasing of commercial property. As a developer Graham has developed or been a partner in developing various types of projects from trophy retail property to self storage to light industrial. Graham has invested and syndicated multiple transactions in predominantly value-add property opportunities, applying strategy to quickly increase cash flow and accelerate property appreciation.

    Graham oversees a growing asset management company overseeing the management of 1,000,000+ square feet of light industrial, office and retail properties spanning his regional market. Graham has negotiated hundreds of leases with small businesses, major corporations and public companies. Overall, Graham maintains a reputation of a knowledgeable commercial real estate professional, a rational problem solver and dealmaker and who has maintained contacts throughout the industry.

  • Tom Caple

    Agent

    Thomas Caple has been a licensed California real estate agent since 1990. He started at Grubb & Ellis, as an industrial leasing and sales agent and worked there for eighteen years.

    Mr. Caple worked at several brokerage companies after Grubb & Ellis, always specializing in the central and east Contra Costa industrial markets. He has been at Deutscher Properties Corp since November 2018, where he handles marketing of in-house properties as well as the servicing of his long term clients.

    Mr. Caple has prepared and finalized over 1000 leases and handled over 200 commercial real estate transactions.

  • Mickey Morris

    Property Manager / Agent

    Mickey first started with DPC during his summers in High School doing preventive maintenance on properties. After graduating high school he went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. After discharge from The Marines, Mickey joined the Oakland Police Department were he served as a beat cop in East Oakland for 8 years.

    When the opportunity arose to rejoin the DPC team Mickey happily joined back up. He shows the care to each and every property as if it were his own and focuses on day-to-day management, preventative maintenance, ADA upgrades, construction and tenant improvement management and oversight.

  • Violeta Gavira

    Financial Controller

    Violeta has over twenty years of financial reporting, internal, and external audit experience and as the company financial Controller she ensures that all GAAP procedures are followed for all income and expenses related to accounting at the firm.

    Violeta’s early audit training came from a big 5 accounting firm on the San Francisco IPO and acquisition team with a detail for irregularities and business growth.
