Since 1946, Deutscher Properties Corporation has been a family owned and operated business specializing in value-add investment, acquisition and development of commercial real estate for long term investment. Deutscher Properties is a licensed brokerage company providing management services in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.
After arriving in California after World War II, Irvin Deutscher started to invest in Pleasant Hill and Concord and since then the company has expanded from Vacaville to Livermore and Pittsburg to Fremont focusing on light industrial, R&D, office and retail properties.
We actively oversee over ±1,500,000 square feet of commercial property with approximately 300 tenants.
